Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to the ProfitTrackr mobile app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Enter your password, acknowledge the deletion notice, and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. Once confirmed, your account and user business data are deleted immediately, including jobs, clients, expenses, income, time entries, quotes, invoices, receipt files, authentication tokens, settings, and store entitlement records.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited payment, legal compliance, security, and fraud-prevention records for up to 7 years where required or permitted by law. These records are not used to restore your account.

Cancel mobile subscriptions separately

Deleting your ProfitTrackr account does not cancel an active subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancel the subscription in your store account to prevent future renewals.
