How does the free trial work?

You get full access to all ProfitTrackr Pro features for 14 days, no credit card required. After the trial, you can continue with our free plan or upgrade to Pro for $19/month.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period, then your account will switch to the free plan.

How do I export my data?

You can export all your data from the Tax Report section. We support PDF exports for reports and CSV exports for raw data that you can import into Excel or other accounting software.

Is my data secure?

We encrypt data in transit with HTTPS and store account data in managed cloud services. We only share data with the service providers described in our Privacy Policy when required to operate ProfitTrackr.

Can I use ProfitTrackr from my phone?

Yes. The web application works in modern mobile browsers and currently requires an internet connection. A native mobile app with offline support is in development.
